Should Zoos Exist?

 Zoos, where hundreds of animals are kept in a variety of enclosures for education, entertainment and more. Zoos aren't just a benefit for humans, But for the animals too.

Firstly, zoos can be a big benefit for zoologists, to learn more about the animals behaviours, and how they go on with their day. Yet not only does this help humans but it helps the animals, because the more zoologists know about animals, the more they can properly take care of the animals. Hence the name, zoos are crucial for zoologists, or zoos will cease to exist and many animals could be endangered and eventually extinct.

Secondly, Zoos keep animals from being extinct, Just like mentioned in the first arguement. Without animals, many things wouldn't exist, or would be struggling to exist such as things like in the medical industry.

Lastly, Climate change. A change of weather can be overwhelming for anyone, But imagine how it is for animals. Zoos can save animals from climate change by providing them with a good climate they can survive in, and continue to thrive.

In conclusion, I think zoos should exist.

I want to be a monkey

 If I could be any animal, I would be a monkey. It is pretty random, but I have a strong feeling it would be fun, being able to climb trees. Since monkeys don't tend to stay at one place to live, I could constantly go on new adventures! Monkeys are also quite social, so I could make many new monkey friends. The only downside, are monkeys predators. If I were a monkey, day after day I'd have to be cautious of my surroundings, hoping I wouldn't get eaten by passing predators. That thought aside being a monkey seems super fun!

Tigers

 Tigers are a member of the cat family, they are one of the largest living cat species and the worlds third largest living carnivore. 

Tigers are most recognisable for it's black stripes on its orange fur. It is an apex predator, primarily preying on animal such as deer and wild boar, generally easy prey to catch.

Tigers can live in a range of environments, including swamps, grasslands and rain-forests. Tigers live in places such as Russia Far East to China, India and Southwest Asia to even the Indonesian islands of Sumatra.

It's no big secret that tigers are apex predators, hunting down weak defenceless animals. But, how do they live? Tigers are territorial and typically live solitary lives, except during mating season and while females raise young.

This is my reading work for this week, we had to do activities related to Anzac and WW2. I quite enjoyed this weeks work, it was fun making the soundscape. I kind of wished I made my soundscape longer, but what do you think about it? Please let me know!

My Nonsense Creature

 My Nonsense creatures name is breadafu, she is a playful, mischievous creature. She loves long road trips and the smell of fresh, wet dirt. She has a lot of stamina, so she loves going up high places. It's almost impossible to get her down when shes up, she thinks it counts as an adventure. 

Breadafu has bright orangy-yellow majestic cat eyes, and rabbit ears that can hear sounds from miles away. She also has an elephant trunk to keep her hydrated, she has duck wings which can surprisingly fly very far, and last but not least, the weirdest yet coolest part, her bread body which may look tasty but not edible! Did you really think that was the only cool thing? No! She also has a bright halo that sits on the top of her head at all times.

Breadafu lives in a mushroom village. In her village, lives many more unique nonsense creatures. The village is deep into a forest. The village has many cottages and tree houses. Most the time, the time, the mushrooms are huge, but sometimes they shrink, and that tends to worry the villagers. So the villagers with a tree house also have a cottage. Breadafu stays in a little cottage at the outskirts of the village. It's cozy, but breadafu is supervised by and elf. Breadafu's neighbour is a sweet and sometimes vicious skudobuduhflu (Daisi's creature.)

Personality change

 Every second growing longer and longer, my mind drifting away into reckless thoughts, dull thoughts. Thoughts so dull and boring that it becomes bright and fun. My brain used to feel fuzzy, my eyes burning with red hot hate.

Nowadays, I don't hideaway. I don't put on a facade to look cool instead, I can be me. I can finally see the colourful world around me from the simple flowers, dancing with the wind to the smell of fresh food that my stomach begs for, the site of waves raging with the strength of a lion. Nowadays, I'm doing fine. I can finally say, I'm free to be me.
